        This quote by William Penn means that the best recreation is to do good. What he is trying to say is that when you do good you feel good about yourself. That's the best recreation. If you do bad you feel bad about yourself. You will feel guilty. But when you do good you will feel really proud of yourself and you are most likely going to feel calm. You will make a change and you will affect the people in a positive way and you are going to feel good. For example if you donate money to a children hospital you will feel good about yourself. You will feel calm knowing that you helped save a child's life. On the other hand , if you kill an innocent person you will feel extremely guilty.

"Right is right, even if everyone is against it; & wrong is wrong, even if everyone if for it." ~William Penn

      This quote means that right is right even if there are a few people doing the right. Just because there is a few people choosing the right doesn't mean its wrong. Right is right no matter what. No matter how many people are in favor or against it. Wrong is wrong even if everyone is in favor of it. Just because there are a lot of people doing the wrong doesn't mean its right. You always have to do the right no matter what the circumstances are, even if you are the only one. For example if a lot of people are taking drugs doesn't mean it's  right. Another example would be being the only one that stands up for themselves. Even if everyone is against it its still the right thing. You have to be a CTR person all the time.
